Hi, everyone! The restaurant I will introduce is  Mushroom Garden Oyama no Taisho . It is located in Nebukawa. There are 6 tatami rooms and 3 tables in the restaurant, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.  The restaurant's specialty, taisyo-age, is deep-fried shiitake mushrooms, which are tasty and crunchy. When dipped in the special sauce, it is very tasty and the mushrooms and sauce go well together. Other menu items include assorted mushrooms and vegetables, seasonal rice balls, and mushroom soup, all of which are delicious and very satisfying. This restaurant is a farmhouse restaurant surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy the restaurant's handmade juices made from seasonal ingredients. ITO SHOTEN

Hi, everyone! The restaurant I will introduce is ITO SHOTEN . It is located in Manazuru-machi. This ramen restaurant opened in March 2021. And it was opened by TV personality David Ito and his wife. There are 3 seats at the counter, 2 tables for 3-5 persons, and 1 tatami room for 4-6 persons.  This restaurant doesn't have a basic soup, but changes it seasonally, from base to everything else. There is also a seasonal menu of pork soba in spring, chicken soba in summer, pork-chicken soba in fall, and burnt miso in winter. I went in the winter and ordered the soy sauce ramen. Winter had a triple broth of pork-chicken and mackerel bone that was very tasty. The  Gyoza is handmade by Mrs. Ito. In addition to ramen, they also serve oden.  There are 4 parking spaces on the left side about 10 meters down the road, but it is crowded and you may not be able to park there. UDON AGATA

Hi, everyone! I'd like to introduce one of my favorite restaurants, UDON AGATA. It is located in Oiso Town. This restaurant has a policy of making udon noodles without using any chemical seasonings. It was selected as one of the 100 Best Udon Restaurants in 2019. It has 21 seats: 12 seats at a small table, 3 seats at the counter, and 6 seats at the tables. I ordered Agata udon with dipping sauce with iriko. The iriko dipping sauce contains hot spring eggs, iriko soy sauce and special iriko fries, and kashiwa tempura. Kake udon alone is delicious enough, but you can also enjoy it by dipping it in dipping sauce or eating it with different flavor. After finishing the udon, they bring a bite of rice to eat in the dipping sauce. The yuzu flavored rice is very tasty.
